Hello, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. According to our records, your unit was delivered by July 9. The only communication we’ve received was on July 15, inquiring about who builds the units and how much boost they can handle. Please note that any performance or racing modifications fall outside the scope of our warranty, as clearly outlined in our terms and conditions. We have not received any warranty claims or messages indicating a problem with the product itself. If you are experiencing any issues, the most efficient way to resolve them is by submitting a warranty claim through our website: powerengines.com/pages/wrc. The form takes less than a minute to complete, and you will receive a response within 24 hours. You are also welcome to reach us by phone at 877-900-2695 during business hours: Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM EST Saturday: 9 AM – 2 PM EST We’re committed to supporting our customers and would be happy to address any valid concerns through the proper channels.

Thank you for sharing your experience—we're glad to hear the engine arrived quickly and is up and running smoothly just days later. That’s exactly the kind of outcome we aim for. We also appreciate your input regarding the gasket kit. You're absolutely right—sourcing all the necessary components can be a challenge, and offering a compatible gasket kit as an add-on is a great suggestion. We’ll be passing this along to our team for consideration as we continue to improve our products and service. If you need anything in the future or have further feedback, don’t hesitate to reach out. Thanks again for choosing us!

Hello, and thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration and confusion this situation has caused. To clarify, return shipping and restocking fees are standard industry practice when an incorrect item is ordered. However, in an effort to resolve the issue, we did offer to exchange the part for the correct version needed for your vehicle, and in that case, we would have gladly waived the restocking fee. We also communicated clearly that should you choose to return the item instead of exchanging it, a restocking fee and return shipping cost would apply. Unfortunately, before we could move forward with any resolution, we received notification that a dispute had been filed with your bank. We have responded to the dispute with a full record of our email correspondence to ensure transparency. While this outcome is not what we hoped for, we remain committed to doing our best to support all our customers fairly and honestly. Sincerely, The Entire Power Engines Team :)
