Love this service! As a small business, having a real person who speaks very well and politely answer the phone is necessary. The receptionists do a great job. The app is great. I love being able to text and call through it.

The receptionists are professional and extremely polite and overall the service is very good.. My only issue is that when the calls come in to your cell phone, the number that appears does not say Posh.....various numbers appear and you never really know who's calling you.

Like most business owners today, I'm running my company from my phone. Having my calls answered professionally before either transferring the call to me or taking a message, is paramount. Their service is excellent … very thorough; follows our individual algorithm precisely and consistently; the mobile app is very user friendly and provides all essential information in an easy-to-use format. Finally, their sales and support staff are professional and responsive, and their receptionists are professional, friendly, and service oriented.
