Highly Recommend!
We have been using Posh for a few months now and I am impressed with how well they have caught on to our practice area. Sophia and Keara have been wonderful in helping me align and set up our account.

We didn't know much about answering services...
We didn't know much about answering services when The Counselor started her solo Estate Planning Law Practice. We shopped around and picked something reasonable. The feedback from clients and colleagues made it clear we need a better service. This time we found Posh and loved the branding, philosophy, and technology. After a few months, we are very pleased with Posh agents' ability to handle booking appointments and manage the amount of time on the phone, even with some chatty prospects! The ability to easily see who called when, the ability to make changes to the script, etc. Have made our transition to Posh a huge success. Thanks, especially, to Marijoyce (MJ) Munoz our Sales Representative who onboarded us quickly and professionally and the Support Team who have been very responsive to out-of-office requests, script changes and our general questions.

Thank you for your 5-star review. Earning a client’s trust after they’ve already experienced another answering service means a great deal to us. We're proud that the difference has been clear from how Posh represents your firm and manages prospective clients to appointment booking, call visibility, technology and the flexibility to make changes as your needs evolve. Building a solo law practice takes an incredible amount of time and focus, and our goal is to make sure answering your phones is one less thing you have to worry about. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with MJ and our Support Team as well. Thank you for trusting us with such an important part of your client experience. We’re so glad you found us!

It’s definitely more pricier than expected.
It’s definitely more pricier than I expected and I felt as if I was taking more phone calls than I expected. On a good note, I like the fact that real humans were answering the phone calls rather than an AI bot.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you sharing your experience. Based on your setup, there may have been more attempts to transfer calls to you than expected. That said, our goal is to ensure your callers were always being assisted and that no calls were going unanswered. We understand pricing is an important factor, and we’re glad to hear you valued having live receptionists handling your calls. That’s something we take seriously. Thank you for trusting Posh to support your business.
