I really appreciate the service of having the components assembled. I used to do the whole thing but I just don't have the time anymore. I just hope the product is as well assembled as their website was to use.

If you have zero knowledge about computers, it's still easy to build one. I had a few questions so I called and the customer service person was patient and answered them easily.

They charge more than the parts would if purchased individually, but they're supposed to be quality parts and they offer an extended warranty in case they do happen to fail. They also put the CPUs in with what I assume to be a more professional amount of thermal paste than I would have as a not-super-tech-savvy person. All in all they don't charge an awful amount more for the labor and if you shopped around on different sites you may end up paying more overall for shipping on the individual parts anyway.
