Porch Pirates Mystery BoxesReviews of porchpirates.us

I loved my mystery box, I'm just not happy about how long it took to arrive.

There were issues with my first order and it was dealt with in a very fast, professional manner. I have since placed a second order with them as they are human too and everyone deserves a second chance. Customer service in the end were top notch. The items were fabulous.

It took almost a month to get our box that we ordered from you. We love ordering from you. I believe we’ve ordered twice the first box that we got when it came had a big hole in it. I did not know if I would have taken a picture of it and sent it back to you that you could have fixed it so we ordered another one and it took almost a month for that to get here as well love your stuff, but don’t love the length of time it takes to get back to us.

I waited for a long time on my box, I was extremely excited about it but disappointed in its contents, but on the other hand my granddaughter went in like a banchee, she took it all home, I really wanted to keep the comforter but I let her have it, the customer service team were amazing and I just ordered my second so I’m giving it another try. Wish me luck, I want an awesome box to keep for myself.

This box was exactly as written in the description. While it took a bit of time to arrive it was worth the wait.

Except for the length of time it took for delivery, the items inside of the box had a little something for everyone.

Had left a bad review about a week ago for lack of information from the company. I made a call yesterday to support and spoke with Katie who was a pleasure to talk to. I explained what had been going on, and she let me know she was going to take care of it. Within 1 hour of talking with her the order started moving through the process. She did an awesome job of putting my worries to rest. Thank you, Katie, for being very easy to speak to!

Customer service/support was fantastic Wished my beauty box had just few more items. Other then that loved it all
