I have the S7 and it was made my life easier. I do agree with some reviewers that it took months for it to arrive. Also, the app doesn’t do much besides just telling me how many times my cat did his business. They can definitely improve on the app. But the machine itself has been great and game-changer for me. No more scooping, no smells, and I don’t need to replace litter frequently. I only need to replace the waste bag and wipe down the machine once a week or so.

We've had our Popur for about 3 years and it had been going strong! We've had six cats sharing one litter box and this thing cleans it like we only have one cat. It keeps our house smelling fresh , no litter box smells , which is amazing with six cats! Most recently we got two rescue kittens making eight cats sharing this box, this may have been a little too much for the box and a piece of the grate broke. Absolutely not Popur's fault, we should have gotten a second one a long time ago. We made it work, we did some at home repairs and our old box is still going strong however we just ordered our second box and will probably be ordering a third to accommodate our large Kitty family! I'm giving it five stars because this thing has absolutely changed our lives! I will never go back to regular litter boxes ever again. What attracted me to this litter box was the mechanism how it works, it sifts the litter and tosses the junk in the back box which prevents any smells from seeping into the air. Extremely easy to clean, extremely safe for my cats. I read other reviews for much more expensive automatic litter boxes and the reviews were terrifying. Cats getting stuck, cats getting pinched, difficult to clean, this box is none of those things. If you are looking to buy one of these litter boxes don't walk run because your life will absolutely be changed, especially in a multicat household!

I have two Maine Coons who use Popur S7. I really like it. I adopted them both last year. The male is 4 years old and and was only used to pine horse bedding in a shifting litter box set up and the female was used to the traditional litter box with clay litter. Although I keep the pine set up, I can tell that they prefer the Popur. I do too. This litter bot is awesome

Love it. Had the older version There wasn’t anything wrong with it. Decided to go with an other brand. Major mistake. Bought the 7. Assembled it myself and it works perfectly. Best of all my 2 Persians love it. Will never buy another brand

We have to admit that we are impressed with how well the Popur S7 works! This is our first automated litter box. We have been impressed with the quality of the box and its functionality. We love the fact that you can order replacement parts if that would ever be necessary. We put a ring camera on the box to make sure our 2 cats were using the box.

I backed the Popur S7 on Kickstarter and was excited to support the project. Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. My unit arrived over two months late with minimal communication along the way. After unboxing, I realized it wouldn’t work for my space or my cat, so I contacted Popur to request a return. The unit is unused and fully repackaged. Popur refused the refund, citing that Kickstarter pledges aren’t eligible. However, Kickstarter makes it clear that refund decisions are up to the creator. I pointed this out, along with examples of other campaigns (including Popur’s own past campaigns) offering return windows, but their team just kept sending me a repeated copy-paste response without addressing my points. As an early supporter, it’s disappointing to feel dismissed and ignored. I wasn’t expecting retail-level return policies, but I did hope for some level of goodwill or acknowledgment of my concerns. Instead, I got a boilerplate reply and no real dialogue. Support your customers better—especially the ones who took the earliest leap of faith.

I have the Popur x5. Hope the new one doesn’t break down! Mine stopped working 3 weeks ago. Sent request. Responded in 2 days. Sent a new control board and display. Fixed original problem(display out and no function). But created and overweight error. No litter in unit. Sent reply to customer service. 4 days later and they are sending a motor. They said to empty litter and check firmware and pull apart and look at motor. All things I told them I had already done. Now I have to wait 3 more days for a reply. I have a diabetic cat that’s urinates by the gallon! Have to clean the box multiple times a day. Worked great until it didn’t. Purchased 10 months ago. Unit much cheaper the litter robot, but you get what you pay for…….
