BEWARE!!! Scammers and fraudulent business!!!! Worst company ever !!! If you value your time and want to be stress free I highly recommend to avoid this company!!! And they are not allowing to leave negative comments on they website!!! So beware!! Don’t trust those comments !!! Was waiting for return label for 4 days and no one was bothered to call or send it to me before I finally called them myself!!! If I wouldn’t call most likely they would of just keep my money !!! I order the same day my new Baracuda G3 and filter that I was returning. AFTER 8 days of my order I called them and asked them where is my pool cleaner ? And they told me they haven’t shipped yet because supposedly they put it as suspicious activity and place it on hold and some should of call me. But I have never received any phone calls !!! So after more then a week I told my wife all that and that I we will not receive our pool cleaner because they SUPPOSED to call us and confirm that we placed this order because for some reasons our activity was marked as suspicious for a pool clean and not for filter. Long story short ! Time waisted, money lost , stressed , wife piisssed and pool still not clean !!! And now it’s takes up to 7 days to get my money back !!! ******* ??? Why you even took my money if you didn’t ship any ??? Bunch of fraud and scammers !!!

It took for ever to come here there was no ring included like others do, nor was the guide to place the top back on once you replaced all the grids. Please follow up to see if you can mail me these two accessories so i can replace my DE 3620 grids Thanks.
