After order was placed, not a word from Poolsupplyworld: no email, no shipping number, no delivery date, no phone call acknowledging shipment, etc. The most infuriating thing was the absolute refusal to take my calls (3 times a day for 8 days) @800-772-0467 to inquire about my order. ALL phone options were ended by a whiny female voice stating "...we're currently unavailable to take your call." Then, finally, after 11 days had passed, the product showed up on my doorstep. Where's the 4-7 day delivery promise. I will have a hard time recommending your organization to friends and others because of the flagrant failure of your Customer Care Department. -John A.
