I’m learning so much from the Pompa program and videos. My health coach, Ally Winger is very helpful with answering questions and an excellent listener and very supportive, suggesting foods that I need to add to my diet for optimum gut health. Enjoy having her in this process.

I am in the 2nd week of the Body phase program. In my mid 60s, this is perfect for what I was looking for. I’ve studied various other program options for the last year, knowing that I need to do something to improve my supplements and do safe and effective detox. I read enough to know that if it wasn’t done correctly, it was something that I could actually detox the wrong way. I also wanted to get rid of 10 to 15 pesky pounds that they have added up over the last year or so. I have had significant neurological issues with a resultant major surgeries in the last two decades so I’m pretty careful about doing anything that would be counterproductive to my delicate system. The Pompa Program us a valuable resource that provides me with my coach. Katie Leadbetter, who is knowledgeable and gracious in helping me along the way with questions and support. I am looking forward to continued improvement in health, detox, and keeping my genetics of dementia away. I gave already lost a full dress size in the first six weeks and I’m pretty happy about that. Losing weight wasn’t my primary goal, but it’s a wonderful bonus.

The Pompa Program has been revolutionary and life-changing. Though we have been health oriented for years, Dr Pompa and his team connected dots no one else has, taught us through their extensive, continuing education how to understand and address our issues, and have provided the exact tools and supplements to achieve our goals. Coach Brooke has been our amazing guide through the journey. She has guided us, answered our questions and been a constant source of encouragement. Progress is incremental but sure and steady. We are grateful!
