I was at a loss to find where to get the health I had lost over decades of steel mill, refinery, and chemical plant toxin exposure through construction jobs since 1976. Add in 3 cancer bouts/treatments and a resection from a burst appendix and general food chemicals and I was stuck with no answers from western medicine other than take this and then add these for the effects. I was living the life described by Dr Pompa and prayed it was real and not a jello weight loss scam. The supplements with real seminar type online education coupled with the coaching element gave me actual hope! It was early on my coach, Heather Delaney, came into my program. She kept me on task with an energetic smiling demeanor that I, and people close to me, had missed in me do to the tired, lethargic and brain fogged thinking plaguing me for ten years plus. Approximately 1 year into this, and through the coaching from Ms Delaney, I feel energy again! I feel I can live and regain the hobbies that I had no strength to do in my long awaited retirement. I play my guitar again, work in my woods and yard again, and forge iron Blacksmithing again. All these things piled with dust from non-use. Now, my friends and family recognize the voice, happiness and possibly a bit of devilish humor they and I thought was gone forever. It may be a little pricey but not for the results I have been looking for so long. The combination of support through the supplements( so professionally prepared) with the education from the portal segments and the expert coaching, in my case bless you Heather Delaney for everything, has resulted in getting my life back. What more could I ask for? Thank you and my wife thanks you!

When someone has been dealing with a chronic illness for 16 yrs., it tends to make one paranoid and untrusting of all medical people. Especially Lyme disease because it's not even recognized as a disease never mind that it can go chronic inside the body. Interviewing and talking with Brittany in the beginning was intimate and totally not like visiting a regular doctor. The people are warm and friendly and I believe that they truly felt empathy towards me and wanted to help me get better Brittany was like a very needed help in time of trouble. She was my angel and also my sister. Thank you so much for being such a blessing to me ❤️

I’ve battled different health issues most of my life. I was raised to believe that I didn’t have any worth to anyone not even myself. I tried everything I could while growing up to be noticed but somehow I only got noticed for negative things. No one taught me how to take care of myself or what I should & shouldn’t be eating or drinking. I ate whatever there was in the cupboards which was all unhealthy. I basically survived on snack foods, boxed and can foods. I had as much pop & sugar as I wanted. I didn’t have fresh veggies, fruit and water until I was in my teen years. I had no clue how wrong my diet had been since I was a young child. I believe if I had more guidance when I was younger that I might have been a healthier person. One of the things I’ve battled since I was 17 is Kidney disease. I’m 57 now and are stage 3a kidney failure and have a lot of inflammation and stones from this as well as feeling very tired with low energy & weakness. I’ve recently learned that I’m going to be a first time grandma in July. I’m super excited about becoming a grandma. One of my grandparents kinda took me under their wings when I needed it the most and were key people in my life. They were basically the only positive blessing I had in my life. They took care of me whenever I needed someone positive in my life. They taught me what unconditional love & kindness was… I didn’t have to do anything to try to earn their love… it was freely given… what a concept! In my late 50’s I’ve finally realized that I matter and can too make a difference in someone’s lives. With my amazing health coach Ally Winger through Dr. Pampas’s program I’m finally getting the much needed help with re learning how to eat. I’m eating healthier foods & drinks. I don’t crave sugar or anything like fast foods. I’m experiencing more energy, confidence with eating out once in awhile while making good choices and not being tempted eating something I shouldn’t. So far in a few weeks I’ve actually lost some weight… bonus to feeling amazing!! I’m feeling better every day. Thank you Pompa program & especially my coach Ally !!

I loved talking and working with Bree she listened to my story. She’s a good listener and had compassion. There were a lot of things that happened to me that led me to where I am today. She gave me hope and has checked on me often. I just started my journey and feel that she will be there when I have questions.

I really appreciate the Pompa Program for its resources, videos, follow ups, and proof of performance information that has helped my experience through the detox cycles be so much better. Plus, I must say that my personal coach Laurie Brooks was excellent! I could ask her any question at any time and she always had an answer for me and helped to adjust different supplements for different results for me. She made it so much easier and helped me to understand the process as well as results. The Pompa Program has been a good experience, and I have told so many people about it hoping that they are also finding ways to feel better, be healthier, and enjoy their life!

My experience in the Pompa Program has been incredibly positive. Since starting, I've noticed so many improvements in how I feel day to day. I'm falling asleep much easier and sleeping deeper through the night. I also wake up feeling refreshed instead of groggy, which has made a huge difference in how I start my mornings. My digestion has become much more regular, and I'm no longer dealing with the bloating or stomach pains that used to bother me. Another big improvement has been with my migraines - I only had one last month, when before I would typically get about two a week. Overall, I just feel better. My energy has increased a lot, so I'm able to do more things after work instead of feeling completely exhausted. I've also noticed more moments of mental clarity, which has helped me stay focused and present throughout the day. I'm really grateful for the progress I've made and the support I've received in the Pompa Program.

My coach, Jessica Bracco, had been helping me through my health journey these last 5 months. While the information seems pretty understandable through the site, it can be overwhelming with how much information is available through the program and having a coach accessible to ask questions and willing to help research solutions just for you makes you feel like you are getting celebrity treatment. I'm glad I'm continuing coaching with her for another several months because she's made this program less overwhelming and takes the time to chat about what is going on.
