Buyer beware.
|I got a polygroup summer wave pool a couple of years ago for me granddaughters. They have enjoyed the pool for two years. Only complaint, at the end of last season I ordered new filters for the pump. Since I live in Michigan I had no use for them until this summer and stored them until this summer. When I went to put the filters in this week ,they were the wrong size and would not fit. I was told that they have a thirty day return policy Guess the don't understand that some of their product users live in the north county and don't have a reason to check filter size with in thirty days. So I am out the money for their mistake. if you order filters from them, make sure you check the size when you get them. I don't like having to right a negative review , as my granddaughters have really enjoyed the pool. I feel since it was their mistake the should have waved the return policy and sent me the filters no charge since I had already paid for the filters that did not fit.
