Ce produit est un simple ventilateur avec réserve d'eau qui se vend en général 30 € sur d'autres sites. Comme il n'est mentionné nulle part dans le descriptif qu'il fonctionne sur une prise USB, je demande un bon de retour comme étant non conforme au descriptif. Ils me demandent de le renvoyer À MES FRAIS à Hong Kong, coût moyen 65 € pour un objet acheté 87 €. Je fais valoir la législation française imposant un retour aux frais du vendeur, rien n'y fait, ils m'envoient toujours la même réponse type pour les formalités de retour. Ce sont des escrocs, ne leur achetez rien, fuyez.
