Sales, are slow and not effective. You could cut costs by merging the department with Customer Service. Not efficient at all. Need to chase them to make their sales and they get paid commissions on top of that.

I was loyal customer until I called them and they told me they will call me back to negotiate my renewal policy I paid in once full year for 5 years they never calls me back I claimed my rewards on the website wait for two weeks to get my rewards I cancelled my policy so they denied my rewards because I did cancelled my policy. And moved to another insurance it was 37.000 points Unfortunately, if you do cancel your Plymouth Rock policy you are forfeiting any remaining points rewards that you had during the time your policy was active. I got a quote for home and auto but when I went to pay the homeowners went up $39. I was happy with the original quote and if I had known the quote would go up I could have paid that day. I am very disappointed.

This is the first time in my life that an insurance company would not register my vehicle for me. Otherwise the experience was fine.

Your employee’s are unable to follow instructions properly. I requested to be billed once a month and they continued to ignore me , billing me for 3 months. I give up ! I am currently shopping for a new insurance company . You are very unprofessional !!!

Every thing was ok until they got my money. I asked the agent if I can get the coverage started 5/21 to avoid paying progressive and was ignored.
