This epilating product didn’t work for me. So naturally, I went to their website to start a return as they say “90-day money back guarantee” and their chat bot gave me a fake return address. It gave me: 1234 Pluxy Lane, California USA. This is obviously fake. So because of this I have major trust issues with this brand. I wouldn’t trust it for the price they are charging. To me it seems they don't wish honor their money back guarantee. I have yet to hear back from them in regard to getting my money back. Don’t buy it. Not even with a coupon.

Using the plucky pro is so easy I had been shaving my chin for years. I received the plucky about a week ago to be honest thought it would be like other items I have ordered over the years that didn’t live up to expectations. This product I used the day it arrived here I am a week later and still as smooth as a baby’s butt I’m so pleased with my plucky pro going from every day with shaving to a week so far is a dream I’m loving it wake up every morning and wow still smooth.

I’ve had my Pluxy a couple of months and am really enjoying it. My chin hairs are the toughest to get rid of but slowly they seem to be lessening. It is comfortable except on my upper lip but I’m adjusting to it. I highly recommend Pluxy to anyone dealing with facial hair.
