The only reason I gave a 3 star is because I haven’t received yet. It is still in transit, but I will review again after I receive it.

It removed hair but the claim that it would slow down hair growth was not evident. It broke in less that a year, not worth the price

Response from Pluxy· Jul 28, 2026
Hi Bernice, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that the device removed your hair, but we're sorry it didn't meet your expectations regarding hair growth reduction and that it stopped working in less than a year. While many customers notice a gradual reduction in hair growth with consistent use, results can vary from person to person. That said, we're especially disappointed to hear about the issue with the device's durability. We'd love the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number, and we'll be happy to review your case and explore the best solution for you. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our products and our customers' experience. — Pluxy Team
So far I'm very happy with the customer service. My order has been shipped already, one day after ordering the product. I'm anxious to see if this will take care of my facial hair.
