I got the Christmas video in less than 24hours. One of the names was mispronounced. I immediately responded wanting to know how long it would take to fix. They responded immediately. It was fixed within 15 minutes. Great customer service!

Initially they got the pronunciation of the name wrong but after emailing them they responded really quickly and got it sorted out in no time. Excellent service and cute video. Can’t wait to show my daughter tomorrow!
