Plunge CraftersReviews of plungecrafters.com

Quality products and good selection, customer service and response times are awesome

Worked perfect for using my Active Aqua chiller with my cold plunge. Super fast shipping as well.

Everything you need for your ice bath and less expensive. Getting all mu supplies from Plunge Crafters from now on.

I ordered a new pump for my cold plunge. I did call a plumber to have him install it. Although I think I could’ve done it myself I think it was a good idea to call the plumber. The new pump seems to be working very well. It is creating good circulation. I am happy with the purchase.

Great communication, fantastic product. Very helpful and led me to understanding what I was doing.

Great customer service. I had a lot of questions regarding setting up the ozone generator for my Cold Plunge. I was helped beyond what was expected. Even a drawing was provided to me with the way to connect it and the parts/pieces that I would need to include pieces that I had to go purchase elsewhere. Thank you so much for an amazing customer service experience

I will do business with these guys from here on out. Nathan took the time to troubleshoot my Titan chiller. He was 10x better than Titan customer service.
