I've been using the Plunge All-in for about 8 months now. It's been a game changer for me. I'm much more alert and focused. I've noticed that it significantly improves my mood. Excellent product! Can't recommend it enough.

I purchased the Plunge for my husband’s birthday back in July. Unfortunately, since installation, the standard chiller had issues. The unit made a loud noise and leaked water all over our garage. We contacted customer service through the app (there’s no live phone support), and while the team was polite, we had to do all the troubleshooting ourselves, documenting videos, completing an 11-step checklist, and answering 13 follow-up questions. We don’t have time for that, but we still went through every step trying to make it work. After identifying the issue as defective pipes, they sent us a new set, which stopped the leak temporarily, but the chiller stopped working again after two days. At that point, customer service offered to take the unit back, but only if we paid shipping and restocking fees, even though it was clearly a defective product. After I pushed back, Jennifer from support spoke with her manager and got those fees waived. We’ve now shipped the unit back and finally received our refund, after weeks of back-and-forth and wasted time. They also offered the option to purchase an upgraded pro chiller to replace the one we returned, which honestly felt unfair after everything we went through. I appreciate that Jennifer tried to help, but the overall experience was extremely frustrating. For a product at this price point, the quality control and customer support process need major improvement.

I love plunge! From their cold plunges to the sauna, all of their products are first class. I’ve utilized their pop up tubs at fitness events and their original tub and sauna at a local spa facility. My favorite brand!

I couldnt be more happier with my Plunge. Wasn't sure if I could keep up the commitment and routine every morning. Takes me a second but as soon as I drop in, catch my breath, and get settled I relax. It has been amazing for my knees after years of sports and my continued abuse. I have the OG plunge but I am looking forward to upgrading with the All-in-one. 100% recommend.

Just top quality product. I have tried the fold up cold plunges, and they don’t even begin to compare to how reliable and enhanced the Plunge product is. I would never use any other cold exposure product.
