Steer clear of this company!!!!!!!! This is the second review of this disastrous company. It has now been over one year and about 150 emails going back and forth with their online help. Last I left it on my last review, they had agreed to send a technician to come out. He texted me once and then ghosted me. When I emailed the company again, they were not helpful and now that it's spring in the Midwest, we have begun communicating again. They first asked me to redo everything we spent over four months going over, and I said no, because I was done being their technician and unpaid employee, and that they should send out the technician. They now won't do it because my "warranty is up." So, I have spent $800 on additional parts (at their prompting) and countless hours doing their technician work in order to have a product that hasn't worked in over a year. So if you buy from them, you better hope nothing ever goes wrong.

We have made several attempts to contact you via both email and phone to coordinate next steps, and we have yet to receive a response to those recent outreaches. Regarding the technician visit, please keep in mind that your unit is currently two years out of its warranty period. However, as we’ve expressed in our previous messages, we are still more than happy to assist you with troubleshooting and finding a solution if you can please respond to our latest communications. We look forward to hearing from you so we can move this forward.

Received my Evolve Air a week ago and have been loving it!
