Plum MarketReviews of plummarket.com

I went to the Bloomfield Plum Market specifically to take advantage of a BOGO offer advertised in the Plum Market flyer. At self-checkout, the promotion did not come off at the register. When I asked the employee monitoring self-checkout for help, she told me the product was **not part of a BOGO promotion**. I pulled up the current Plum Market flyer directly from the Plum Market app and showed her the advertised offer. She actually asked me where I got the flyer. When I told her it was from Plum Market’s own app, she pulled it up on her phone herself. What should have been a simple correction then required a supervisor, a manager, and ultimately **four employees gathered around a laptop trying to verify an advertised promotion from their own store**. Eventually, I was given a discount, but even then I was told the item was “not on sale.” Not one person acknowledged that the promotion was advertised in Plum Market’s own flyer or said, “We’re sorry, you were right.” Mistakes happen. A register failing to apply a promotion would not have bothered me nearly as much as the way this was handled. Customers should not have to prove that a store’s own advertised sale exists, particularly after showing employees the promotion directly in the store’s own app. Plum Market employees—and certainly its managers—should know the promotions their store is advertising. And when a customer provides clear proof that the store is mistaken, the appropriate response is to acknowledge the error and correct it, not to leave the customer standing at self-checkout while four employees try to prove otherwise. Apparently, the next time I shop at Plum Market for an advertised BOGO, I’ll need to bring the flyer with me—even when the exact same flyer is already in the Plum Market app.

I went to plum market on maple rd and lasher. First I didn't have my receipt, so the RUDE employee said she'd pull my account by my phone number. After she looked it over, she told me I bought the plant ($19.99) from Orchard Lake store and said I paid $9.99 for it. I told her no I bought it here. She should have called me a liar because that the look her and three other employees gave me. I spend a lot of money at your store. I used to buy sashimi, crab claws ($54.99 a pound) I used to shop every other day sometimes everyday for sashimi. If you check your records you'll see you used to sale a lot but now, I will take my business to local grocery stores. Busch market, Heartland, and eastern market.. So people make sure you get a receipt!!
