Renee and Kristy helped me chose my upgraded engagement ring. They are quick to respond, honest, friendly, and do beautiful work. My ring is absolutely gorgeous. Not at any moment was I worry about buying a diamond online once I started working with them. Best experience. And I get so many compliments on my new ring. It catches everyone’s eye.

Terrific interaction with the Plum Diamonds team! There was an incorrect time displayed for the delivery of the ring (unsure why) and I missed the delivery, BUT the plum diamonds team ensured the delivery was retried during the posted time on the same day! Terrific customer help!
