Plum DiamondsReviews of plumdiamonds.com

Working with Kristy and Renee at Plum has been an absolute pleasure. The product is stunning, the customer service is outstanding and the value and pricing is unmatched. I would highly recommend Plum Diamonds to anyone in the market for a lab diamond ring.

Words can’t begin to express just how amazing these women truly are! I thought I knew what I wanted but then once I got it, it was less than wonderful. 4/10 so back to the drawing board we went and they pulled out all the stops. Bigger, brighter and way more sparkles was my order and they delivered hands down!!!! 12/10 this time! Can’t wait to see it in the setting. Couldn’t be happier. Thx ladies you have really made me a happy woman. 💕💎

Kristy and Renee had great communication and everything went exactly as advertised. Great quality in the ring workmanship

Great working with them to work a problem out. The staff was very considerate and timely. The product was even better in person.

Where do I even begin?? I had briefly done some light research on lab grown diamonds to upgrade my original engagement ring. Plum kept popping up so I sent in an inquiry and got immediately connected with Kristy and Renee to educate me not only on lab grown diamonds but also their organization. From start to finish, the “Plum Girls” were very quick to respond, very communicative, honest, educational and personable. They made sure that I ended up with the perfect stone for me and made sure that it made its way to me speedily. I just got off the mountain skiing to a package of the most beautiful stunning ring that I can’t believe is mine!!! They are like fairy godmothers and made my wish come true. :-D Don’t go anywhere else, Plum is where you want to design your ring. You’ll thank me later.

From the moment I placed my order someone had reached out to me to confirm any final details. Once it has arrived, they reached out again to let me know what they had sent! When I opened it up, it had a cute personalized note for me. I found the cut I loved, and found a company I loved!

Exceptional service and communication! Streamlined, straightforward process with the most gorgeous product!! Thanks again Plum Diamonds!

This company is phenomenal! From start to finish they did an amazing job with communication and the final product came out great! I’d highly recommend them to everyone!
