My fiance found the stone he wanted and picked our my band so easy. Said they were responsive when he asked questions. My ring is absolutely gorgeous! I get some many compliments on it, and pictures does not do it justice!

Impeccable service. Their service with try-on kit exceeded my expectations. They have a huge variety of options but Renee helped us to easily narrow the options that fit our requirements. Professional and polite service. We feel confident that we are getting the best value with excellent service

My husband said the process of creating the ring was easy. I love my ring and it didn’t break the bank. I had to send it back for sizing and solder and the process was easy. The communication with all the ladies at PLUM was amazing. Definitely would use again! Thank You
