Using Plug N Play VA has been incredibly helpful for me. My VA already had training and knew exactly what to do. As soon as I got the back-end things up and running he got our first "yes" immediately. Our VA is very responsive and communicative, and I will be promoting him to Property Manager soon because I know I can trust him.

Plug and Play has been one of the best decisions I've made for my company. I brought on a trained VA through them for cold calling, and it's completely changed how I spend my time. I'm no longer buried in outreach, I get to focus on the bigger picture while my VA handles prospecting, finds new deals, and closes them out. A huge part of that is David. He's hardworking, a fast learner, and genuinely treats the business like it's his own. That kind of ownership is rare, and it's made all the difference. Couldn't recommend this service enough.
