It's just too easy, push button and your grass is mowed.

I like the business model but it didn't work well. I initially requested lawn service in and didn't get it until September. Accountability is lacking. I want other services but reluctant to try.

Very convenient and reasonable price when you are in a pinch. Easy to use. I specifically asked to be very careful of the fence at the back of the driveway and to not push snow into the fence, but they did and broke the fence. There was so much snow piled in front of the fence that I did not realize it was broken until the spring when all the snow melted.

The mowing was okay. The string trimming was not done, at least that I could tell.

Failed to show up multiple times. Company just blamed local contractors and did little to solve the problem. Contractor who did mow once successfully had tried to solicit our business directly. We were desperate because we were out of town and our house was on the market, so we called him directly and agreed to pay more, and then magically he was suddenly available. These guys are just a call center operation out of Syracuse, and have few or no actual ties to local contractors. They pay poorly; local contractors shove Plowz jobs to the bottom of the pile, and there’s little the company can or will do about it. Do yourself a favor and just find a local vendor with some level of accountability.

App is decent, but the contractors are flaky and wayyyyy over-priced
