The mower didnt show. Then the job was moved to another contractor, who also didnt show. Second time I've had a similar experience with this group. Wont use again

If I could give no stars I would absolutely have done that. It cost me over $150 for a one time mow of a less than 1/4 acre yard. The grass was long, no problem with paying the extra they asked, but it seems as though they just dumped all the clippings into my inground pool. There were mats of grass floating on the surface. I was ashamed it got to the point to even have to use this service, but for medical reasons I couldn't handle it myself. I don't even know, nor care to know who actually came to mow, but I was better off having the town send someone out and fine me.

Horrible. Truly. When they mowed for us twice while we were traveling, they ran over our drain covers completing destroying them and the grass was cut so uneven it looked like Elmer Fudd, or Helen Keller for that matter, cut our grass. I would recommend you stop sending me emails. I tell every one of my neighbors how awful you were - and the fact that you don't even care, makes it all the worse. Have a great day!

Always prompt, jobs done completely. Never have to worry whether the driveway will be cleared as promised
