My order wasn't processed until after I emailed them asking why after 7 business days it hadn't shown any movement. For such a simple and small order, it should have been processed and in transit no later than 3 business days after ordering. That's being generous. When my customers order something from me, they get a tracking number the same day and movement showing by the next business day. No excuse for this oversight in orders.

Item was just we were looking for but price of postage was absolutely outrageous—item should have been sent overnight or at least priority mail for money paid. Should not have had to wait so long for delivery st that price. Postage was just a little less than what we paid for the two items purchased. Box was arrived all dented up and in rough shape, but thankfully items were not damaged—not professionally packaged.

Showed up exactly as ordered. Shipped in proper packaging to insure no damage. Shipment received in a couple of days. Good Quality Product. Thank you!

The custom box was the correct size and arrived quickly

Made a custom order for a acrylic display case. I provided dimensions and a picture of what I was looking for and on the check out page it listed what I wanted. Ended up getting the right dimensions but wrong number of shelves inside the case. I reached out and they offered for me to bring it in to get an adjustment made but it would not have been possible with how it was currently constructed so I just asked for them to ship me another shelf, which they did but the shelf was the wrong size and had no way of fitting in the case. I reached out and let them know about this and I offered them the correct dimensions I needed of the shelf. They said it was shipped, nothing. I reach out again they say it’s shipped and again nothing. This happened over the course of a month. At this point it’s a lost cause and I would have rather taken my business elsewhere. They were the cheapest option but it was not worth the hassle and getting the wrong product. The product quality was good enough but I would advise going elsewhere if you need a custom case made. Update 12/22 : reduced rating to 1 star as the stores reply is a flat out lie. As stated I, received a replacement piece that DID NOT fit so I reached back out to get a SECOND replacement which then resulted in 3 back and forth emails of the saying they sent it and I never received that second replacement. Stay away from this place.

The acrylic boxes are well made and look excellent on the shelf. Order processing was good and first part of order arrived perfectly. However, the remainder of the order took some doing to get delivered correctly. Even though there was some mix up in their shipping, the company was persistent and ensured that I received what I ordered. Customer service was excellent and I would not hesitate to purchase from Pleximart again. This was my second order from there store. The first experience was excellent.

Very High quality acrylic cases. I have two from them, custom made. The first one arrived a bit bigger than requested, but they made it right and sent me another. The second order was perfect, and they were very communicative of the process. Would highly recommend.

I'm happy with the quality. I'm even trying to order a second acrylic!
