OsmoReviews of playosmo.com

Why oh why didnt I read the reviews before I made the decision to purchase this rubbish vacuum! It is very badly made, probably in China! Flimsy doesn’t even come close! Don’t even consider it as an option. Absolutely appalling.

Lesson learnt - Read the reviews. This product is just ghastly and nothing better than a toy. The customer service were very quick to get back to me but were extremely reluctant to give me a refund. They tried many times to upgrade the product but no. Time will tell if I get my refund buy in the meantime you are best advised to stay a good mile away from this compant. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!

Thank God, I read reviews before I make any purchase, I would never purchase anything from this company. It’s a fraudulent hell hole that should be prosecuted. Where is the authorities when you need them?, I hope all all the people that have been scammed by this company have taken a recourse against them disgusting scammers.

I ordered a Osmo provacuum based on a misleading advertisement claiming a 5 star Trustpilot review ( which is barely 1.3 stars). Within 5 minutes I cancelled the order only to be told it was already processed and shipped and cannot be cancelled. On the confirmation email it says it takes 7 - 15 days for shipping but suddenly it was all done within 5 minutes. Despite requesting cancellation again Osmo refused.

I bought a hoover from Osmo UK and did not see any reviews beforehand. However when the ProVacuum arrived I was instantly disappointed with the product itself, the plasticity of the product and the bizarre microfibre cloth on the head of the hoover. I did pay using PayPal and contacted the supplier directly. I wrote several emails and always received courteous responses from their customer service dept, who offered a percentage refund and an upgrade at no additional cost without having to return the initial product. I persisted with customer service on my reluctance to accept their offer and have finally received a full and welcome refund.

I feel so stupid, I bought the osmo pro vacuum coz it had popped up as the best vacuum over all other popular brands and forked out $499 and normally I'd read reviews before buying anything especially at that price but I didn't. Now reading the reviews I'm scared. Think I just lost $500. I'm so angry at myself.
