I’m not very impressed with it but on the other hand I don’t have a Xbox either.

It constantly disconnects and I will have to unplug it from my IPhone and plug it back in. Or I will often get an error message saying that “This device is unsupported” and it stops working then as well and I’ll have to unplug it and plug it back in. I want to love this product, it feels amazing, but does not work most of the time.

This controller quality is suck..I only used less than two months. Some of the button is not function occasionally. I will not recommend anyone to buy it.. :(

Backbone is great, their marketing for 3 months free of Game pass is deceptive. I feel taken advantage of and now I have 3 months of game pass I can’t use.

Their Xbox Gamepass promotion appears to be a scam with no promotional codes available in-app after purchase. The support team is incredibly slow to respond, is unsupportive and is not acknowledging the issue.

Something isn’t right with this. My review on the App Store was deleted after I complained about the process to get one of the controllers. So I signed up, and waited. Received to emails to claim my place, only to not have a place. I reviewed the app as I don’t think the queue system works fairly or well. And that they should just let people buy the product. The review was removed! Something isn’t right with this company.
