Backbone Labs, Inc.Reviews of playbackbone.com

I purchased a backbone device and less than 3 months later it’s glitching and basically unusable. The subscription for the backbone app is expensive but basically worthless when your game is constantly glitching or freezing. It also doesn’t give me the option to close the game I’m playing so when it does freeze, the only resolution is to turn my phone completely off. Closing and reopening the backbone app won’t reboot your game. For a product so expensive, I’m disappointed it only lasted 3 months.

Does not work on arena breakout and it said it did!!

This company ships defective products. Brand new right out of the box doesn’t work. Customer service had no idea how to fix it either so I just had to return it for a refund.

Guys actually charged me, pieces of ass

Finger Weg!

Ordered in 09.01. Still no shipping (12 days later). They have stated a delivery time of 4-7 days at the time of purchase. I am extremely frustrated and advise everyone not to order the controller directly from the manufacturer. This is simply not up to date and the company seems to be dubious.
