Premium controllers combined with top tier customer service. Had a problem with my v1 controller a few days before warranty expired and they approved my rma same day. They even sent me a v2 on top of that.

I’ve purchased a few Backbones, luv them but the left side of one gave out after 8months, Amazon wouldn’t help but Backbone did. A simple form request to support and my Amazon receipt and they sent me a return label. Its in the mail rt now, hoping for a repair or replacement. Easy & speedy support, would buy from them again 👍
