I ordered a humming bird plant in July. It was supposed to be delivered Aug 6th. I never received it. I contacted customer service and they never responded. Do not order from this company!! They are a scam.

I ordered a clematis in late April and was told that the plant would arrive by May 15. I have never received a shipping notice and I've emailed them 3 times asking where my order is. No response. I am not impressed and will ask for a refund.

I ordered 2 Romantika Clematis from this business that died even after very careful care. They were over $50 a piece and I have texted, emailed, filled out their Contact Us form on their websire numerous times and have received NO RESPONSE. I finally found a phone number for them (206.941.4187) which went directly to voicemail. DON'T purchase from this company! I guess my only option now is to dispute the credit card charge.

I hate having to call this company out in public but it is literally the only way to get their attention. I put in an order in May and never heard anything about it. I wrote a bad review of their site elsewhere in July and somebody contacted me and said they'd look into it and get back to me. And since they never did, I have to complain once more. The growing season here is almost over, so if they don't send me these plants soon I'll need a refund, but I'm not holding my breath. Just avoid them and save yourself the trouble.

Do NOT purchase from this vendor- SCAM!

These people are dishonest. They sell 1 gallon plants, are 3-4 weeks later than they advertise and the plants inside the gallon pots are actually newbies in a 2.5 inch container, that the roots don't even fill. Don't buy anything from these people. They are liars.

I would NOT buy anything from this company. I placed an order recently for some plants that were delayed. The plants arrived yellow and droopy and are going to take a while to recover. While the delay was not entirely on them, I found their lack of willingness to make the situation right disgraceful. They put the entire blame on the shipping carrier. I will never purchase another item from Plants4Home again.

We’re truly sorry this experience felt frustrating — that’s never our goal. We care deeply about helping people grow healthy, thriving plants, and we stand behind our plants and service. For clarity — our team responded quickly and asked multiple times for photos of the plants. This is standard practice and helps us fairly evaluate any issues and offer solutions like replacements or refunds. The customer reported yellowing leaves, which can happen with live plants in transit — another reason photos are so important for us to make an informed decision. Unfortunately, despite several requests, no photos were ever provided before this review was posted — which made it impossible for us to move forward. We’re always ready to make things right, but we do need the information we ask for to help. While shipping delays aren’t always in our control, we never “blame the carrier” — our focus is always on the health of the plants and doing right by our customers. We hope anyone reading this sees that our team works hard, cares about every order, and is here when folks are willing to work with us. —The Plants4Home Team
I ordered several plants from this vendor which I later requested to be cancelled. I sent five emails to date and have not received a response. Nor have I received the plants. I will be contacting my credit card company to stop payment. I would never order from them.

We want to be clear — this customer was fully refunded and we did not keep their money. We stand by our plants, our service, and our business practices. Since then, we’ve made improvements to ensure fast, reliable communication — and customers now often get a response just as quickly by email as they do through our text line, which is listed on every page of our website. At the end of the day, we’re here to make sure our customers get healthy plants and great service. That’s what we’re about — and we’re always working to be even better. —The Plants4Home Team
