PlantorbReviews of plantorb.com

Plants came dead. Dirt was all spilt in the box. There was nothing around the plants to keep them from spilling. It took a long time for it to arrive. plants didn't have any water. Terrible way to send plants. I have bought plants before through the mail and they were packed up so nothing would spill or die.

Order arrived late and with 2/3 plants badly damaged. Adam claimed twice replacement plants would be sent, then ghosted me. This was a gift for a loved one and now we’re both disappointed. VERY poor service and I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know.

Terrible company

The product that was sent was faulty, and the plants were all dead. When chatting with someone from the company, they never responded to these claims.

Cork had to be pried off as it was way too tight-- after that come to find out all three plants were dead. Total waste of money. Chat was not helpful AT ALL. Very upsetting.

2 of the 3 plants were dead on arrival, there was not any moss included in the shipment and light would not stay in the cork top

I received the item broken. I reached out to seller and he said he would send a replacement. I have been emailing him for a month with no response
