They've done everything they were supposed to. I locked myself out of my account, and it took about 8 months to get a new account established and the funds transferred over to the new account, to be sure; however, it did get done. They had me worried for a while, but it was my fault for losing access which they cured -- it just took a moment.

I have been using Pionex since April of this year. I had trouble depositing USD and had to Deposit USDT instead, that should have been my first clue. Currently their USD ACH deposit is not working, there USD ACH withdrawal is not working, and there USD wire transfer withdrawal is not working. But the wire transfer deposit is working. I tried to withdraw my BTC but it failed. An error flashed on the screen briefly and then disappeared before I had a chance to read it. I tried again and again, same results I cannot withdraw my crypto. I opened online chat that did not help, so I submitted a ticket through email. I am waiting to see what they have to say about it, but not very happy that I cannot withdraw my own crypto. UPDATE; I confirmed to have the 0.0015 BTC deducted back on the 9th of November and was told it would take 1 to 5 days to complete. It is now the 25th of November and still not done. And now you going to make me wait another 1 to 5 days to have it done? Also, I am currently unable to withdraw USD or Crypto either by ACH or wire transfer. Update; They finally fixed the problem, it did take them awhile to do it. They stayed in constant contact with me and were genuinely concerned about my issue. I decided to keep what little crypto I have on there for now and may add more at a later date since there exchange rates are low.

Dear Ron, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your understanding regarding the ongoing maintenance of the ACH (Bank Account) deposit function. However, during this period, you can initiate ACH withdrawals without any issues. It's important to note that the Wire deposit, withdrawal function, and Debit card deposit function are fully operational. You have received a trial fund of 0.0015 BTC, which you can use to create an ETH/BTC bot. However, please be aware that Pionex.US will temporarily lock the withdrawal function of your account. To activate the withdrawal function, you are required to reserve 0.0015 BTC (tradable) in your account. Pionex.US will deduct this amount, and upon completion, your withdrawal function will be re-enabled. We have confirmed your agreement to deduct the 0.0015 BTC for the withdrawal function activation. The deduction process and activation are expected to be completed within 1-5 business days. We will promptly notify you via email once the process is finalized. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
