I never received my package and I was sent another one free of charge and I really appreciate that. I will definitely be back to the site to buy more awesome stuff that you have to offer. Thank you again for the quick response and the item shipped again!

Customer service was great. Placed an order for a set of matching head covers but 1 was sold out. They were able to switch out all the head covers to match.

There was an issue with my order and your customer service team made it right immediately. Great customer service.

My question was answered straight away

The representative that sent me the email about my situation was clear and concise as to where I could find the travel bag and it was there. I thank you for all your help and your company for making a very great product! I could not believe how great the bag looks and feels incredible. I thought about a couple other companies because I work at a golf course and have seen every type of bag. Pins and Aces is one that I don’t see as much as the others but I would have to say that the people who have the other bags wasted $100-$200 on bags that don’t have the components your bags have.

Great follow up and discounts!
