I ordered a dress for my daughter and the sizing was off. I was told to contact them for help with an exchange but when I did nobody contacted me back. I have contacted them 3 separate times now and still nobody has contacted me back. Edit since I can't reply: I have already emailed 3 separate times about this and nobody has responded to me, hence this review.

Hey girl! Thank you so much for your feedback.
Good quality clothing and fast shipping. There is almost always a good sale going on. I’ve been shopping at Pink Lily since 2015 and a majority of my clothing is from this store. Cute styles and keeps up with popular trends!
