PINGReviews of ping.com

My driver that I bought a 3 years ago cracked at the bottom. Yhe club still looks like new and this was obviously a defective club. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn’t do anything to help me. I was totally surprised and disappointed by this. I can not believe Ping doesn’t stand behind their products. Last time I buy Ping.

I purchase a Ping 440 LST driver had it for 5-6 months and the head cracked, I called Ping and sent pictures to them, I was told to bring the club to a dealer so I took it to D Sporting Goods. D Sporting Good sent the club off and Ping decline to replace it said it was neglect not where in tear, I play golf 3 days a week I hit an average of 260 per drive. I will never purchase another club from Ping, and if I can discourage anyone else from purchasing from Ping I will. I have been buying drivers from Ping for the last 10 years, if I could give a negative rating I would.

Once I had a steady job, only Pings were in my bag ... since the 1980s! Always top notch, quality & feel. Iron sets all the same S/N, EZ to log & even replace. But the local fitters ... well at least they got the Green Dot sizing nailed down (even a child can do). Golf Discount offered the most options in ordering a complete new set Driver-LW (2 fairways excepted) with shafts more fitted to being older. Arrived sooner than expected, all specs perfect as can be. ODD: 1) all S/N different, LW (60d) an extra order unless 56d will do ... UGH but OK. 2) most styles bar ordering just one iron for testing at home = ???? 3) warranty replacements via the certified dealer A-OK except NO CHANGES other than OMIT a, b, c ... i.e. same grip comes with so no equal/better/worse grip will be sent with Warranty honored on driver shaft Project X Red Reg May30 - Sept10 that broke in half?!??! overhead after hitting the teed ball. Wow - thought shafts only broke near the hosel!

I owned a430 Driver for a little over a year and couldn’t pull it apart for adjustment. I finally got it to come apart and I found corrosion between the Club and the shaft. I took a picture and sent it to ping. They told me I would have to send it in pay for shipping and be without a Club for two weeks.I sent them pictures and obviously the club should be replaced. Poor quality and poor customer service. I will think twice before buying another ping product.

6 month old 430 driver snapped shaft after hitting a ball. After many emails to them they told me I must talk to the golf shop I bought it from. They sent photos to Ping for me I was told the shaft is not covered under warranty at the point it snapped. I’ve asked to have my case forwarded to manager and for 100% proof from Ping that the shaft cannot snap at this point, and got nowhere. Very poor customer service frauds they are.

I'll never buy custom clubs from Ping again, half the 2026 season is gone and I'm still waiting for my clubs!!

Bought a driver and a 3 wood paid over a lot of money for these and the 3 wood rusted out and ping wouldn’t offer a solution. Would not buy this brand again.
