The experience was fantastic, quick response, very professionals and lot of patience.

This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced and I have used a few. The calls are not answerable, i.e. you literally cannot answer when it's ringing. The voicemail does not work and you can't get SMS with a basic plan. I hate this so much. I'm looking for a better option and can't wait to get out.
