I needed a rapid fix for a scheduling issue that had come up. Priscilla Loza was amazing. She took responsibility for the issue and it was resolved very quickly. I am totally happy with the level of service and would recommend Abbyconnect to anyone!

Great company. Priscilla Loza is very helpful, she provides excellent customer service and follow-up.

I had a great experience working with Joclyne Covert at Abby Connect. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of porting our existing business phone number to Abby Connect. She kept me updated every step of the way, communicated clearly, and followed up immediately once the port was complete to confirm everything was working properly. The entire process was seamless and much easier than I expected. Excellent customer service from Joclyne and the Abby Connect team!

Priscilla Loza immediately contacted me when we realized that Comcast had stopped forwarding our customer calls for at least a couple of weeks. She told me how to immediately remedy the problem. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. robin from A Fine Dance Studio.

Duke Cajala has been very helpful about doing a report outside of our regular service. In general, Abby is very responsive, although there are times we need to remind new staff about how to present our medical practice.

I changed our Plan months ago and they kept billing me the wrong amount, FRAUD, and of course nobody is available, AVOID this rip off company. Will be contacting the Nevada Attorney General's office and put this company out of business

We've been using Abby for quite awhile now. Their service is exceptional and our Customer Success Manager, Angelica Monterrosa, is incredible. She takes proactive action to make sure our needs are met, listens and implements any feedback very well, and overall is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Abby Connect for any business in need of their services.
