SCAM - SCAM - SCAM Do not use this company. They offer you a lifetime package for one payment, but after 14 days they make you take out another subscription to enable SMS messages. They also say they offer a 30 day money back guarantee, they won’t give you your money back. They just keep giving you excuses after excuses and they won’t refund you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Unfortunately there isn’t a zero start rating. Do not use this company, they say they offer a 30 day money back guarantee. They don’t. I’ve been trying to get my money back from them as their services aren’t what they state. After 14 days they suspend your text messages unless you sign up for a further subscription as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Not even worth one star. If you use any words the insider to be “bad” they cut your service off. Fu ck that. Customer service is almost non existent. A total waste of money.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Phone2. Not only did I encounter multiple, prolonged call and text outages that made it impossible to reliably run my business, but their support was nearly non-existent—some tickets remained unanswered for weeks. The features they advertise, such as call forwarding and Google contacts integration, were nowhere to be found, which felt blatantly misleading. Considering the amount of time I spent trying to get help and the promises made about upcoming features that never materialized, I cannot recommend Phone2 to anyone looking for a dependable, feature-rich communications solution.

GROWING PAINS? YES! BUT THEY WENT FAR OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SATISFY ME, BY GIVING ME A NEW NUMBER WHICH SUITS MY NEEDS BETTER, AND MAKING THE SMS FUNCTION SMOOTH AND EASY TO USE. I CANNOT IMAGINE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great work, great app. One thing, you guys need to develop a way to allow user settings to pick a ringtone for calls coming to a specific number. I need voicemail to text transcription too. Team feature is slick. Voice quality is very good!
