Thank you for the recommendation! We truly appreciate your support and confidence in Phoenix Energy.
Everyone that I have had contact with and worked with at Phoenix Energy have been absolutely wonderful and professional! I feel very confident that they are truly committed to being responsible to their investors. They exhibit a very high level of ethics throughout their entire operation. The excellent fixed rate of return on the bonds is also a real comfort now that I am mostly retired and I am no longer interested in dealing with the crazy swings in the equites market.

Thank you for your kind words and for your confidence in Phoenix Energy. We take our responsibility to our bondholders seriously and are grateful to have you as part of the Phoenix Energy investor community.
Matt was very prompt in answering questions. I think Phoenix is a great company. They were very prompt with interest payments. I decided to withdraw my investments prematurely because of concerns that the company is heavily indebted and may have hard time weathering adverse conditions. I knew about 5% penalty but there are other restrictions, I was not aware of. The principal -penalty is not available for 120 days after you submit request. The company has right to limit the redemptions if they are overwhelmed with redemption requests.
