When I received watch some of the functions were not operational.Contacted George who promptly sent return label and repaired watch which is now working very well. Watch also looks like brand new. I would recommend this trustworthy seller.

I ordered a Tudor watch from Phigora, from the beginning the staff was very fast getting back at me and answering all my questions by email and phone. The watched arrived when they told me. When I opened the box the watch was not exactly what I thought because the dial was slightly different than I had imagined. There was nothing wrong with the watch at all, it simply was not was I was looking for. I told them about this, and they sent me prepaid return labels immediately. I sent the watch back and they refunded my credit card after they got the watch. Good customer service. Thank you George.
