The gentleman I dealt with was very helpful in getting me the watch in a very short time period as I had to leave for a trip, and he made it possible. Maybe I would suggest giving more details about the watch. As it was missing an important item, and I did not ask, and no one told me about it. My fault for not reading better the description. Overall, a very positive experience
