The delivery was very well packed in a cardboard box – and I especially appreciate that it was sent from Germany, hence as an intra-EU delivery, which means that I did not have to pay any customs duties or other fees. I am very pleased with the way my order was handled. I can understand that its is a disadvantage to no longer have access to the previous merchant terminal account – but for me this definitely is an advantage, and I am looking forward to order from you again!
