PGA TOUR SuperstoreReviews of pgatoursuperstore.com

Ordered a new Titleist GT280 mini driver from the online store. When the club arrived today it was obviously already used as a demo. There were paint chips and scratches on the head and the protective plastic all clubs come with was missing. I've purchased from many online golf stores over the last 20+ years and have never had one send me a used club when I paid for new. This was my first, and now last, purchase from PGA Superstore.

I go to Sugarloaf store in Georgia. All my experiences are excellent. The people there are always super helpful. I understand anything “golf or related to golf” is expensive but that is not the stores fault. As long as you understand that you will not find a more friendly or helpful store.

The store canceled my order They said the order looked suspicious The clerks need to be trained I won’t be buying any more

I visited the PGA store in Schaumberg for a return. I was lucky to have Marisa help with my return, and she went out of her way to find the jacket at another location and have it shipped to the Schaumberg location. Great customer service and super friendly.

It was amazing I couldn’t choose what clubs to get the a very kind gentlemen came over and we got new clubs that added not kidding 30 yards to me clubs amazing experience

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the PGA TOUR Superstore in Roswell earned this one. The store may have a great selection, but the customer experience is consistently terrible. Communication is nonexistent. Emails about shipments go unanswered, and inquiries about professional lessons are completely ignored. There is zero follow-up and absolutely no follow-through. You’re left chasing basic information that should be standard customer service. What’s worse is that this isn’t just a frontline issue—it’s a leadership problem. Even the General Manager will look you in the eye, acknowledge the issues, and promise to improve. Those promises mean nothing. The same lack of response and accountability happens over and over again. At this point, it’s not an oversight—it’s a pattern. For a store that positions itself as a premium retail and training destination, the service is anything but. Great inventory doesn’t excuse poor management and complete disregard for customer communication. Plenty of other places value your time and business. This location does not.

How much money is your company losing in revenue from forfeited sales? I tried purchasing a driver from your website tonight and every credit and debit card I entered stated the the card had expired. I purchased from another site. Fire your IT department!

Today my family and I went to the PGA superstore in East Hanover and a nice gentleman Lou helped us find my brother new golf shoes. He was very nice and patient and helped my brother find ones he loved. We also had another kind gentleman named Joe who helped me find a new putter. He showed me how to properly set up to make a straight putt and let me try a few different types until I found my match. Overall my experience at PGA was great I will definitely be going back
