Got a quote, didn't purchase, but getting billed and hassled anyways
I requested a quote from American Hole 'n One (hio.com). Received a quote and decided to purchase from a different company. I am repeatedly receiving calls and emails about a "past-due balance" that is actually considerably more than the original quote even though our event was 2 weeks ago. I am skeptical of a business practice that bills and hassles potential customers even though I didn't purchase their product or sign a contract.
