Meghan, Thank you for giving us a review, we appreciate your time. We love that you find value in our options and pricing. We definitely have experienced some issues the last few months with shipping given the state of our country and the USPS delays. We are tremendously sorry it has extended to our customers, we definitely anticipate it to keep getting better and appreciate your patience. With regards to the duplicate item, this is not common for us and actually quite surprising so of course we want to take care of this for you. We have asked the customer service department to reach out to you further to help get this resolved for you. Again thank you for your time and we hope to get this 3-star to a 5-star soon! The Pet Treater Team
