I've bought about 6 different collars from pettags. The ones with the pet name and my phone # embroidered on them are the best. You never have to worry that your pet tag will fall off and you are spared the jingle noise of a tag. My pets and I love them!

I ordered 2 brass tags and they are definitely not the same quality that I used to purchase from this site. They are much thinner and I do not expect them to last very long. My purchase previous to this was 2 plastic tags and one of them broke in approximately 1 year.

The tag looks good and clearly contains all of the information I required for identification of my dog. The price was reasonable and well spent and was delivered in a timely manner.

The engraving was so small it was barely legible. Also, the engraving machine scratched the surface making the pet contact information hard to read. Not pleased at all with the product. Asked to return them and never heard back.

I ordered this particular tag as I live near the beach and the front has a dog on surfboard on it! I am really glad that it has my dog's name and number on the back, and most importantly, the fact that she is chipped. But....I'm not sure if the tag is coated so that the color on the front won't rub off. I am going to put a coat of clear nail polish on it just to make sure.

Quality of engraving is poor. Font is too small to read and engraving will quickly be burnished away.

Easiest web site I ever used, love the brightness of the tags, order received within oneweek!

I loved the new tag for my cat since I moved and wanted to make sure the new address was right on his tag,but when it came it had both pet parents first names as one with no "&" mark in between as we had clearly marked on the order form. I would have given it 5 stars otherwise, but now sadly had to send it back for a redo.
