PETTAGS.COMReviews of pettags.com

I ordered the small tag for a miniature Dachshund, and two large tags for two giant breed dogs. The small tag is very bulky for a tiny dog. The metal used is thick and heavy. Unfortunately I have had to request a refund / replacement for the two large tags as they were covered in scratches and the enamel was discoloured and yellowed. The lettering on the tags is also uneven. Very poor quality and not worth the price. Should have stuck with the original ones I had from Pets At Home.

Never got my tag but was issued a refund.

I was very disappointed in the printing on the tag and have not had a chance to call them to request a reprint ... there were no errors but the writing was printed with a lot of blank space at the bottom of the tag instead of increasing the size of the font which is what I had been told they would do. I have not even used this tag because of it so I am far from satisfied.

The Pettags I used for years was run by people with handicaps out of Las Vegas. The tags were plastic and the information was hot stamped into the plastic. This made it very easy to read the inscription. Several weeks ago I sent an order to Pettags and was disappointed when the tag turned out to be metal, and hard to read the information on it. What happened to my neon colored tags ?? I have found another source for my tags now, and I am unhappy with the fact that I can no longer get the type of tags I liked.

I ordered 2 pet tags. One for my Mom's dog and the other for my brother's dog. They didn't come for 3-4 weeks and had the wrong address on one of them.

Quality was very cheap.. startes to fall apart

The complete phone number was not printed on the tag so I give you only a 2 star rating. However prices are great.

Ordered previously and recieved no email about my order, no information about when it would be shipped or arrive let alone tracked. Recieved the items after 2 weeks. Ordered again and after 2 weeks only received half my order. Called multiple times and got no results or call backs. Finally they *think* it may have shipped about 12 days ago.... yet its not here. And after 3 weeks now i no longer live at that address and won't be receiving half my order. They didn't seem to care.
