We have ordered the safety cat collar before and were pleased with the accuracy of the order and the quality of the collar. The safety clasp is not so flimsy as to come undone with regular ole cat scratching, like some other safety collars we have used, but flexible enough to come undone as designed. The collar is well made and the first ones we ordered are all holding up very well after more than a year of use.

I have ordered 2x from this company and have been more than satisfied with the collars with the stitching. I have had them make medium and large with I'm a rescue dog and my phone # they are good quality although a plastic snap it's sturdy enough for my largest dogs and puppy's . I will definitely keep ordering from them and have shared my purchases on facebook. Suzie Fares

Tag came quickly, but they need to reinforce the hole with a metal grommet. The last tag I purchased broke and the plastic split due to wear around the opening. I hope this new one will be ok!

Service and delivery was very quick. The tag was done as ordered. A little disappointed with the size of lettering on the tag - very small and could have been much larger.

I picked up a PetTags order form years and years ago at a vet's office, and have never been displeased with their products or service. I've gotten tags for my dogs and my cats. I highly recommend them!

I placed two orders with pettags.com and spent a lot a of money. The first order took over a month to even get to my house. I have never even received the second order! It was a simple cat collar. It has been over two and a half months! When you call them the office is always closed. They are only open Monday through Thursday til 4pm or something like that. What about the people who work? They can't call at that time. How do you run a business like this??? Please everyone please do not order from this site. Thank you for your time. Sorry for my negativity but this company needs to take responsibility.
